South Africa Orders and fulfilment help

Hi,

Many customers here is South Africa are experiencing very poor service and communication from our local EL office.

I, myself has been trying to resolve the issue several times now, but I am still in the dark.

Basically, I am a new customer. I placed an online order and received tracking information, but this just led to an error page.

I contacted EL and Aramex on several occasions, but no one could give me any details regarding my order.

The customer service team told me on multiple occasions that the order has been shipped and collected by the courier and that they have issues, but I then found out that Aramex never collected the order as it was only submitted after I have chatted to them several times.

They provided me with false tracking numbers and lied to me about the status of my order.

I am so disappointed!

I am logging a complaint with our local ombudsman for consumer goods and services and I am trying to get help from EL in the US.

If there is anything you can do to assist, please let me know.

I have seen many many complaints similar to mine on Facebook and toher social media

Cancellation of order

I placed an order, then cancelled it right away. I got a cancellation email from them that same day.

Now I find out it was never cancelled and they are delivering the item. Bad business with these people, and then trying to reach them is not possible.

I ordered a bottle of Aerin tuberose, gardenia perfume because the original one was no longer available. This new iteration is bad, way more expensive, and not good.

It doesn't last for five minutes. A bad product that's replacing what had been a very good product.

I got my order today and was shocked and frustrated because I received the wrong item( Advanced Night Repair sachet)I ordered and paid an exact amount for Pure Color Hi-Lustre Lipstick with Engrave.

This is the first time I ordered with issues.

So embarrassing and this is a BIG SCAM!!!

Fill the jar up not the little jar inside the big jar. It came loose so your secret is out.

Send me a big jar of day wear. I like that that would be a substitute for the revitalizing supreme night boost cream $145 total is a lot of money for me. Im on Social Security.

I am disabled and I like Estee Lauder. I had a heart attack last year so Im looking forward to you taking care of this matter like retail businesses should even though I ordered it through the mail.

Customer service in Estée Lauder is a joke! I called about purchasing a product, and they never got back in touch with me.

I called a few days later and got the same runaround, and they still never returned my call, text or email. I'm looking for answers to my questions!

First time order online

Order tracker said it was on truck to deliver to me. Then turned around and returned to sender.

Called every day for a week no one knows where the order is. Keep saying Ill get refunded and after one month still no refund.

Just wondering if my all favorite perfume spell bound and why was the old perfect perfume changed to a new not good version , but still expensive and now not worth buying anymore !! !!

You changed the uniqueness of such a great aroma /smell spellbound used to have , was my favorite and everyday perfume ,but you have changed it , but not the prize ,,, it's crazy I will never buy estee Lauder again

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Went to Dillards and Estée counter gal was able to get the sharpener out of the plastic case

The pencil sharpener will not loosen from the case! Inside the lid of the box, it shows ge sharpener disconnected from the case. I cannot disconnect it!

Defective product

I am one of your good customers. I use mostly este lauder and la mer products; having probably spent 1500 in last year and half.

I will not judge your product by your customer service as I think most of your products are some of the best. Customer service not so good. Bought a replacement of my lipstick that I use; dont have receipt; believe I bought it online; used half of it and then something broke. It has magnetic shut.

It is half full but cant move it up because something is broken. I want a replacement. It is 989.
